Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) within Southern California
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries while prioritizing safety
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of LA metro area and surrounding regions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
- Smartphone proficiency for electronic logging
