Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles across designated routes
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Complete accurate pre/post-trip inspections and electronic logging
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization and schedule adherence
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required (no permit-only)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb trailer decks
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS
- Flexibility for overnight regional trips (TX/TN)
