Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional freight delivery
- Maintain accurate DOT-compliant logs and delivery documentation
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and customer service standards
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and load efficiency
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling throughout transit
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of California traffic laws and route planning
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for early morning start times (4:00 AM)
