Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Adhere to strict FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with precision and proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery in San Antonio metro area
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Support weekend fleet operations during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Knowledge of San Antonio traffic patterns and delivery zones
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability required (Friday-Sunday)
