Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (trucks/semis) on regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Operate in all weather conditions and traffic scenarios
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (TX state preferred)
- Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Experience with tanker/dry van trailers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and route planning ability
