Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) for local and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Efficiently load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and pre/post-trip inspection reports
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimal route planning
- Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining vehicle cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Austin metropolitan area geography
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
