Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (Class A or B) in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records.
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently while adhering to time schedules and customer service standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or Class B with a clean driving record.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) and DOT card.
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
