Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries across the Tampa Bay area
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adapt routes for traffic conditions to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Uphold company safety standards and vehicle maintenance protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Tampa Bay area roadways
- DOT medical certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility for early weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
