Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, flatbed, or refrigerated) across regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and safety protocols
- Efficiently load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Current DOT medical certification
- Proven ability to navigate GPS systems and route planning
- Familiarity with Baltimore metro area and Mid-Atlantic region
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- No DUIs, reckless driving, or preventable accidents in past 3 years
