Drivers will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of freight across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Transport freight safely and efficiently to designated delivery points.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and hours of service.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and route changes.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required.
- Must possess a clean driving record and acceptable MVR.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety procedures.
- Basic mechanical skills for minor vehicle troubleshooting.
