Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe, efficient, and legally compliant manner.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and driver's daily logs (DOT compliant).
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading and unloading.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or eligibility to obtain one.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Clean driving record (MVR check) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate various routes.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
