Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport goods safely and efficiently
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain meticulous trip documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for timely delivery in Texas and Florida corridors
- Collaborate with dispatch teams for real-time load adjustments
- Uphold strict safety protocols and defensive driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- HAZMAT certification (preferred, training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass DOT physical
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong geographical knowledge of TX/FL routes
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
