Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle compliance and safety standards
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs (ELD)
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery efficiency and on-time performance
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee metro area and Wisconsin highway systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Previous hazmat endorsement preferred (training provided if needed)
