Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Accurately maintain electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure cargo security
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate vehicle repairs as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and HOS requirements
- Strong navigation skills and proficiency with electronic logging devices
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
