Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles in metropolitan and regional routes
- Execute timely deliveries of freight across Seattle and Washington State
- Maintain meticulous vehicle inspection logs and pre/post-trip documentation
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and local traffic ordinances
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize routes and resolve delivery challenges
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Knowledge of Seattle's traffic patterns and delivery zones
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility for overnight routes and weekend shifts
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
