Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) on regional routes within NC/SC/VA
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during dock interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with regional geography and hazmat certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and time management abilities
