Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently according to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and cargo safety.
- Load and unload cargo, securing freight properly to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation (DVIR, Bills of Lading).
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse staff.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B (No experience required for entry-level positions).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a clean driving record and valid medical card.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties related to cargo handling.
