Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area
- Conduct thorough pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Deliver freight to commercial and residential locations with precision and timeliness
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation per DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members
- Adhere to all federal/state traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- No CDL experience required - we provide paid training!
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days of employment
- Pass DOT physical examination and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
