Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) within Milwaukee metropolitan area
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding delivery status
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license (no experience required)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for load verification
- Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
