Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) during night shifts
- Transport goods across Louisiana and California routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with loading/unloading when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Knowledge of Louisiana and California transportation laws
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
