Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van & refrigerated) within Minneapolis metro and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Load/unload freight using appropriate equipment and secure cargo properly
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs (ELD)
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or regional driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Minneapolis metro routes and Minnesota weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong communication skills and time management abilities
- hazmat endorsement preferred
