Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for regional routes within the Memphis metro area
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage delivery documentation and communicate with dispatch in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass DOT physical examination
- Knowledge of Memphis metro area and surrounding regions
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times and occasional overnight routes
