Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers safely and efficiently on highways and local roads throughout NC and IL.
- Conduct thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) logs and delivery paperwork.
- Fulfill customer requirements by delivering freight in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
- Uphold a clean and professional image while representing the company brand.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Willingness to obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) if not already held.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
