Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Vehicles: Transport freight efficiently and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Load and Secure Cargo: Properly secure loads using straps and chains to ensure safe delivery to our clients.
- Maintain Vehicle Records: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete all required logbooks accurately.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and dispatchers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Route Planning: Navigate using GPS systems to ensure timely deliveries within the Memphis area and beyond.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A License: Must be held in the state of Tennessee.
- Clean Driving Record: No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the USA and pass a DOT drug screen.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Equipment: Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and possess a valid DOT medical card.
