Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated CDL drivers to operate our fleet in the Memphis area and surrounding regions. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of goods, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a pristine driving record.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) safely and efficiently on regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment, ensuring weight distribution is accurate.
- Maintain accurate daily logs (ELD) and adhere to Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times and any issues encountered.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the appropriate class (Class A or B).
- Current Medical Card and DOT Physical.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no recent major violations.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
