Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles on local and regional delivery routes.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical integrity.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper handling and protection.
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and logbooks as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) or DOT medical card.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable professional driving experience.
- Must possess a clean driving record with no DUIs or serious moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
