Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A vehicles in a safe, legal, and professional manner.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling equipment.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, HOS rules, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Ensure the timely and secure delivery of freight to designated locations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required (CDL training available).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Current DOT medical card is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn Hazmat or tanker endorsements (optional but preferred).
