Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring weight distribution and cargo security.
- Maintain accurate records using ELDs and logbooks.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Uphold company safety policies and report any potential hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card (medical card must be valid).
- Clear background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to work flexible hours and long distances.
