Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMV) in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment safety.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to shippers and receivers.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B with the required endorsements (Hazmat, Tanker, etc. preferred).
- A current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- A clean driving record with no more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
