Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vans in and around the Tucson metropolitan area.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging devices (ELD) and daily delivery logs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Hazmat or Tanker endorsements are a plus but not mandatory for all roles.
