Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' dry van) within Seattle metropolitan area
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment usage
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (WA state)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Seattle traffic patterns and routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of cargo securement
- Excellent time management skills
