Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections, post-trip inspections, and routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and comply with DOT regulations and HOS requirements
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques and equipment operation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Adapt to changing schedules and route conditions while maintaining on-time performance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening (company-provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro area and Midwest routes
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
