Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, flatbed, or reefer) within Minneapolis metro and regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes and maintain accurate delivery logs (ELD compliance)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Represent Minneapolis Logistics Solutions with professionalism
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (current and clean driving record)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Minneapolis metro routes and surrounding states
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Previous hazmat endorsement preferred
