Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for freight delivery across Colorado
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes to meet tight schedules and fuel efficiency targets
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Handle secure cargo loading/unloading procedures with precision
- Document delivery exceptions and resolve customer inquiries professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Strong knowledge of Colorado roadways and mountain driving techniques
- Pass federal background check and pre-employment drug screening
