Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to transport goods throughout San Jose and Bay Area
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Handle loading/unloading procedures with proper equipment
- Build strong client relationships through professional service
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with CA roadways and hazmat regulations (preferred)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
