Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods across the Southeast
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading processes
- Collaborate with dispatch team for on-time delivery coordination
Qualifications
- Valid CDL license (Class A preferred) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta metro area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- DOT medical certification required
