Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
- Report mechanical issues and coordinate vehicle maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and HOS compliance
- Proficient in using electronic logging devices and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid TWIC card (or willingness to obtain)
