Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete daily pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Manage efficient delivery schedules and time-sensitive shipments
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance with HOS rules
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Handle loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Portland metro area and Oregon routes
- Basic knowledge of electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation to terminal location
