Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for long-haul and regional routes across Arizona and the Southwest
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records
- Load/unload cargo efficiently using proper equipment and techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse teams
- Navigate optimized routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Submit daily logs, mileage reports, and expense documentation promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Familiarity with Arizona roadways and regional transportation hubs
- Strong attention to safety and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and variable schedules as needed
