Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in accordance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and securement techniques.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records and all required documentation.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and traffic laws.
- Interact professionally with clients and team members at pickup and delivery locations.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with the appropriate Class and endorsements (Class A or B).
- Clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and road laws.
- Good communication skills and time management abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
