Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on regional routes
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload freight efficiently with proper equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Utilize GPS navigation for timely deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screening
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Physical ability to climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for occasional weekend or overnight trips
