Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries with GPS navigation systems
- Document transportation logs and maintain compliance records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with Hazmat placards and tanker endorsements preferred
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts roadways and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
