Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles to deliver goods on time
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to meet delivery schedules
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle maintenance logs
- Provide excellent customer service during loading/unloading processes
- Manage inventory and handle documentation accurately
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Louisville and Illinois routes preferred
