Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A delivery vehicles in and around the Boston metropolitan area.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts as required.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and daily vehicle inspection reports (DVIR).
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers while adhering to route schedules.
- Keep the truck clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Current DOT Medical Card and DOT physical.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record (no more than 3 minor violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
