Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) for local and regional delivery routes.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork (Bills of Lading).
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse staff.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license required (CDL Required).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor vehicle checks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a paid training environment.
