Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods on time and in pristine condition
- Plan efficient routes using provided GPS technology to maximize delivery windows
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and customer communication logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions proactively
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Represent the company professionally with every customer interaction
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and check-ins
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to designated hub locations
- Willingness to work variable schedules including early mornings and weekends
