Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for overnight delivery routes
- Load/unload freight with precision using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Navigate efficiently using GPS systems while adhering to DOT regulations
- Communicate professionally with dispatch teams and clients
- Verify documentation and handle payment processing when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Detroit metro area road networks
