Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to deliver freight and goods on time
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology while adhering to DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Handle secure transportation of specialized freight (temperature-controlled, hazardous materials as needed)
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments and issue resolution
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate manual transmission vehicles
- Pass mandatory drug screening and background check
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metro area and Arizona highways
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- DOT medical certification current
