Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to transport goods throughout Miami-Dade County
- Complete daily delivery routes efficiently while adhering to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspections, and paperwork documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency and on-time performance
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support warehouse operations when required, including inventory management and order picking
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade County roadways and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening per DOT requirements
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for digital logging systems
- Reliable transportation to and from distribution center
