Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip for compliance with DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment (pallet jacks, dollies)
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt routes for traffic/weather conditions to meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Must pass background check and MVR verification
